Once, for about five years, I was a high school Chemistry teacher.  Recently, I have been teaching Mathematics, for the past three years, at Howard High School, in Macon, Ga.  I am a wife to Mr. Christopher Mercer and a mother to Lydia Mercer.  As a native of the great state of Massachusetts, I am a fanatic about the New England Patriots.  Any given Sunday, Monday, and  Thursday, during the month of August

-February, I will be watching football, or on a special day, sitting in a seat @ Gillette Stadium.  Also, I am a person of faith, who loves ceramics, reading, spending time with my family, board games, and playing with my cat Jake. In the
classroom, I am passionate about recognizing moments of brilliance found in each of my students.
